Love is not...

One of my nephews is getting married this month, and the wedding is outdoors, in the mountains, so I wanted the card to have a little bit of an outdoor feel without going too far over the top.

This paper is from a 6x6 retired Pink Paislee set called Queen Bee.  Being the paper hoarder I am (it is from 2010), I decided to finally use it. I ran across a wedding quote I used in a scrapbook several years ago and recreated it on my computer using the Papyrus font. I then used the Tim Holtz Thinlits die to create the background and the Paper Dolls collection. I stamped a tiny butterfly (Skipping Stones Design) and then fussy cut another butterfly to give it dimension and added a tiny pearl.

I made a copy of their wedding invitation and cut out the heart with their initials (Travis & Alisha) and added it to a kraft envelope so I could tuck in some money.

I was inspired to add the butterflies for the challenge at Frilly and Funkie to add birds, bees, and/or butterflies.

Thanks for looking!
