Seashell Wreath-Stampendous-Indus Trading Co

 Welcome to this week's finale of the Collaboration of Stampendous Impressions and DIY Bangles!  My project for today is a wreath made with sea shells and some great Stampendous product.


This cute little bird in the bottle cap is from the Charm Collection

...and I just happen to have a set to give away to one lucky winner...just leave a comment on my blog telling me which little image you like the best and I'll draw a name and announce the winner on December 6th.  Can you spot more little 'charms' on this next shot?


I also used the Carte Postale stamp and some great Stampendous Essentials Embossing Powder and Mica Fragments.

Tip...I also covered the raw wood circle with Shabby White Embossing Enamel just in case the wood showed through the sea shells...

    Barb, this is stunning! And what a beautiful way to display some of the shells brought home from the shore. I have a pile of shells that the kids brought home this summer from one of our daytrips and I've had no idea what to do with them...up until now! Thanks for the inspiration!

    i love this so much :) i remember making little people with shells and a hot glue gun at my friend's grandma's house...they didn't turn out this awesome

    Beautiful. Great idea...my daughter has smelly shoe boxes of seashells in her closet. I think I'll encourage her to make one of these!

    WOW! What a stunning wreath, Barb! I love all the little additions to the shells. My favorite image in the charm set is the Eiffel Tower, since I have a collection of them. :*)

    My Christmas cards have shells on them! Love your wreath - the bird in the bottlecap is just plain sassy! For some reason, I am really drawn to the Eiffel Tower these days!

    Your wreath is so gorgeous, it inspires me to make one of my own after collecting shells from all the beaches I've been too. I especially like the little bird in the bottle cap. My favorite image is the Eiffel tower, love it!!!

    wow, what a great wreth for the beach couple when you need a gift. just gorgeous. now for my favorite stamp, well, my besties just came back from a whirl-wind African safari tour via paris. you must leave the airport if you land there. it's an unwritten rule. so this set would be so cute to do cards for them to send out. oh, yeah, my favorite is the chair stamp, my regal throne, you know!

    I love your shell wreath. I live on an island in Maine, so This idea is right up my alley! My favorite little stamp in that set is the butterfly. Living in Maine, our winters are so long that I love anything with flowers and butterflies!
