This is a birthday card I made to go with the challenge this week over at
Simon Says Stamp 'At The Movies'.
When I read the theme, I immediately thought of the cute Charlie Chaplin stamp I purchased several years ago from Stampers Best. The product showcased with this weeks theme is Spellbinders. I thought about trying to make some gears look like an old film tin, then I thought of using the Deckled Rectangle die to imitate an old photograph. Then I began to think of a card I could use with that theme. My oldest son is having a birthday soon and he's a non-traditional sort of guy...usually I try to add a Steampunk flair...but he does like black and he did purchase a vintage car at one point! So, I added the antique car from the Tim Holtz set,
