Scout Birthday
This is for a cute boy who is turning 12 and is into Scouts and Legos. I found this sweet vintage Boy Scout image and thought it would serve well.
In the past I have included money in the denomination of the birthday he is celebrating, luckily my mother used to send $2 bills and I still had one to use...not quite sure what I'll do next year!
Because of the little pocket, I thought I would submit this to the current challenge at Frilly and Funkie Trick or Treat, to include a treat or a trick.
Thanks for stopping by!

Mojo Monday - Designed by:
My baby boy turned 20 on Friday and I used this new 'Designed by' stamp from Technique Tuesday, along with a background stamp from Pumpkin Seed Sentiments and a sentiment from Green Birthday, both from Skipping Stones Design and combined them with the Mojo Monday 185 Sketch Challenge. Also used some Grunge Board for the arrow and a star brad and twine from Stampin' Up.
Do you think it's close enough to the sketch challenge?

Margarita Birthday - Skipping Stones Design
I made this card for my son's birthday a couple weeks ago (he's 29 so it's not as bad as it sounds) and then I forgot to post it...another great one from Skipping Stones Design, Margarita Birthday. The sentiment is "Every Birthday should be taken with a grain of salt", and the inside says "...especially when the salt accompanies a drink and good friends!". I cut out the glass, put a little sparkle on the edge of the glass and popped it off the page with some pop dots.
