Happy 4th of July everyone!  Thought I'd post this patriotic card today...I made it a while ago for my hubby to give to a friend who became a U.S. Citizen.  I used Home of the Brave for the flag and fireworks and Timeless Textures for the sheet music background.

Red, White and Blue-Sketch Tuesday #82 and Play Date Cafe #87

I couldn't resist using this set for the color challenge this week at Play Date Cafe:

This set is not only great for a 4th of July card, but think of the scrapbook pages you could use it for, not to mention the patriotic cards you can make...and...it's on sale right now!  Check out these awesome images:

And as usual, we'd love to see your creation with this weeks Sketch Tuesday at Skipping Stones Design.

Sketch Tuesday #75 at Skipping Stones Design

Last week would have been #75 but since we had a Designer Freebie we called it #74.5 - So this is the real SSD 75 - be sure to tag it if you link to any on line galleries...and be sure to play along with this week's challenge.

I used Home of the Brave for my card, and if you like it you're in luck because this set is on sale right now!  It's a great set to have for 4th of July cards or scrapbook pages too.  Check it out at the Skipping Stones Design Stamp Store.
