Happy Birthday Flower
I made this for my niece for her birthday...these are the colors she requested, she works in a florist shop so I thought she might enjoy this one.

Birthday Boy
My grandson will be 9 years old next week. This card seems a little young for a nine-year old, however, I was totally inspired by this cute little toy. The background is the wrapping paper which accidentally matches the colors in the toy. I bought a pack of sixlets and used only the yellow (to mimic the little yellow foam balls in the toy) and filled a treat cup...and the other day he asked me why I always put candy in their cards...duh!
Anyhow, this fits for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge 'Anything Goes'.

Birthday Treat
We have a lot of birthdays in October and November! Teenagers can be difficult to shop for, so gift cards save the day! This gift card holder is cut from the Tim Holtz Gift Card Bag Die Set. The size is absolutely perfect for a gift card!
I stamped the Birthday Cupcake from one of the Tim Holtz Mini Blueprints Clear Stamp sets, and then adhered the little bag to the inside of the birthday card.
This is the front of the card. Oliver likes cats. This cat stamp is from Stampendous, Cling Cattus Librum, and the dictionary stamp is an old one called Define Your Life.
The 'Treat' Bag is for the challenge at The Frilly and Funkie Boutique Blog: Treats not Tricks

Ski Monster
Just a quick birthday card for my grandson who just last week learned to ski...and loves it! Happy birthday to my favorite six year old! (He loves getting treats in his cards!)
I like this one for the Wednesday challenge at Simon Says: Whatever the Weather.

Blue Birthday Butterfly
The current challenge at Frilly and Funkie is Winter Blues, mostly monochromatic in shades of blue. I need a birthday card for my Mother-in-law next week so I decided to try out my Tim Holtz Framelits Butterfly and Die. My Mother-in-law is 85 and I think probably doesn't appreciate the Funkie style as much as I do, and the ribbon I chose ended up not so Frilly, so it is a little more simple than I would normally have gone for.
Thanks for stopping by!

Dragonfly Wings
I made this birthday card for my daughter in law based on the current challenge over at Frilly and Funkie - Things With Wings.
I am a big fan of dragonflies...and of bronze embossing powder...and of my new Tim Holtz Mini Layering Stencils Set 3 (Brick) which was one of my recent choices over at The Funkie Junkie Boutique. The Funkie Junkie Boutique is the sponsor of Frilly and Funkie Blog Challenge, and I was lucky enough to be chosen as a random winner of one of their challenge gift certificates. The Dragonfly Vine is from Stampendous, but may have unfortunately been discontinued. The 'leaves' are from Prima and I've had them FOREVER, so they may be discontinued as well. I've got to use up all my old stash so I can buy more!
Anyhow, I hope she likes her card...her birthday is the first of October and she loves Halloween so last year the card was totally Halloween inspired, hopefully this will have enough fall flair for her to enjoy!
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy 80th
Shape: Balloon

Cartridge: Doodletype, George
We just celebrated my father-in-law's 80th birthday and had a big party so I used my Cricut to make up a few decorations...we had some wonderful balloons but I haven't had time to print the photos to do a layout yet...lots of fun!

Birthday Wish
The Bold Brights are a little out of my comfort zone but I needed to make a birthday card for my 19 year old niece so I thought I'd give it a try...the rub on for Birthday looked a lot more like Pink Passion before I put it next to the other colors!
