I got busy working this week and almost forgot to post my 'patriotic' easel card.

Entering the challenge at TFJB 'Cattywampus'.

I used some very old papers I've been hoarding...bad habit I can't seem to break..."I might need them someday for the perfect layout!" I wish the Tim Holtz Paper Dolls included a couple more of this cute guy with his trumpet!

  1. Love your patriotic make, Barb! This is the definition of cattywampus with the diagonal papers layered behind this proud boy! I totally agree with you on wanting more of the patriotic paper dolls, and I love how you've colored him! Thanks so much for joining us in our Cattywampus challenge at The Funkie Junkie Boutique blog!

  2. Ooh, those patriotic papers are super. Love the way you have layered them, Barb, and the bugel boy is a great patriotic symbol. Great work on our Cattywampus challenge. We always love having you play along with us over at The Funkie Junkie Boutique challenge blog!

  3. I love patriotic art and your is wonderful! The young man in is uniform shines bright amidst the lovely starry papers! Thanks for joining us again in our Cattywumpus challenge at The Funkie Junkie Boutique Challenge!
