This is for the Just Buggin' Blog Hop Challenge - Hop into Spring!
Cartridges Used: Doodletype, Home Decor for the Ladybug
Paper: Stampin' Up Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi, Apricot Appeal, Delicate Dots DSP
Ribbon: Wild Wasabi Stitched

Jake went through quite a long spell where he wanted to take photos of everything, thank goodness he finally got a digital camera, Polaroids just don't get it! I think I need to remind him of those days and encourage him to take it up again! Anyhow this is my take on spring.

Box of Tags

Cricut Challenge #24 - Three dimensional project: Boxes, Purses, Pop-up cards, etc.
Cartridges: Tags, Bags, Boxes and More; Calligraphy Cartridge (tag on the box)
I only have the Personal Cricut, not the Expression, so I'm a little limited on the size of the project I can make, but I really like the little 'crayon' box filled with tags. Thanks for looking!

Celebrate Your Day #1

SPCC Challenge #34
Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede, Bermuda Bay
This is the first of two cards I made for this challenge, I had this design in mind so I could send my 10 year old nephew a gift card, made the little calendar but it wouldn't fit on this one so I used the same colors and changed the layout for a card for my mother-in-law. Too many birthdays all of a sudden!

Birthday Wish

SPCC #33 - Tempting turquoise, Summer Sun, Real Red, Pink Passion
The Bold Brights are a little out of my comfort zone but I needed to make a birthday card for my 19 year old niece so I thought I'd give it a try...the rub on for Birthday looked a lot more like Pink Passion before I put it next to the other colors!

Tidal Raves-Seafood Grill

Just Buggin' Challenge #22 - All About Food
Cartridges: Caligraphy, Doodletype
Paper: Close to Cocoa, Basic Grey, Creamy Caramel

I don't have any cartridges that have food die cuts, but last year while we were on vacation we went to this fantastic little restaurant in Depoe Bay called Tidal Raves...they had the absolute best crab cakes I have ever tasted. So I didn't want to forget the name of the place or the experience, so I decided to scrap it for this challenge and for a Color Combo challenge.
Thanks for looking!

Oregon Coast

This is for SPCC Color Combo #32 - Close to Cocoa, Basic Grey, Creamy Caramel - Last August, 3 of us couples went to Depoe Bay on the Oregon Coast - Beautiful! The postcard on the page reminded me of this color challenge (the other 3 are photos I took with my little digital camera-you can't imagine how surprised I was that they turned out well enough to put on a scrapbook page! Anyhow, I was glad to scrap a couple of vacation pages with this challenge-thanks Samantha, for the inspiration!
